DISCLAIMER: If your system came in working condition, it will remain in working condition after the mod. The mod does not add any stress to the console which would reduce the life span. GMODZ Inc cannot be held responsible for previously opened consoles. All mods come with a 6 month warranty. A refund will only be given if the mod cannot be replaced. The warranty does not include the user opening or adding any other hardware to the consoles. The warranty also does not include users modifying or erasing the settings resulting in hardware failure. Shipped items have a 10 day return for DOA or defect. Defective items need to be sent back before we can process a replacement. ONLINE ORDERS: We have a no refund policy. If the item is defective we will send out a replacement. If the item needs to be repaired due to a failed install we will repair for free but customer has to pay for return shipping charges. If the item sent back to us is found not to be defective the customer will have to pay for return shipping. ModChips are sold to only to allow users to play 1 backup copy of original or import software for which the original software license was purchased. GMODZ Inc does not condone piracy. It is up to the end user of this product to comply with any federal, provincial, state or local laws in any circumstance. DO NOT make illegal pirated copies of software. Users can only make 1 single backup copy of games for which they have purchased the original software license. If users lose or damage the original game, the backup copy must be destroyed. GMODZ Inc takes all precautionary measures to ensure that the range of products are free from manufacturing defects. GMODZ Inc may not be used to provide materials that contain viruses or other contaminating or destructive features. GMODZ Inc will not be held responsible or liable for any kind of damages that arise via the use of public posting areas of the GMODZ Inc website.
